How to make your Partner Hit Orgasm

It is not unusual for a lady to never climax during sexual activity. About 50% of women do achieve orgasm, but this does not mean they do not have a satisfying sex life. Practically any lady can climax, and also, have multiple orgasms if the circumstances in her life are right.
Reaching orgasm is not that easy. Nearly all men can climax without rigor but, ladies are just not built that way. Unfortunately, not everyone understands this, not even in this internet age. This is partially because books, films and most of all the internet porn, have painted an image in which the women are shown as hot, and exciting to roll in an almost constant state of sexual ecstasy.

This false depiction can make today’s teenagers and others above this age, feel that they are sexually inadequate when they can’t climax. The truth is that they are perfectly normal. More interestingly is the fact that before now, quite a number of doctors believed that most female gender simply could not reach orgasm because majority of the doctors were too embarrassed about sex themselves that they tried to avoid discussing it with the patients. They had little or no training in sexual medicine, and coupled with the fact that the ladies don’t need to climax to get pregnant. For these reasons, they did not rate the significance of the female orgasm very highly.

Here are some eye opening reasons why women can’t get it off. Only ten percent of women can easily climax according to Cleveland Clinic. As for the other 90%, position and mood may lower their chances of hitting the big O.

Spending most of your day sitting at a desk, may shorten your pelvic muscles, cause pelvic pain and make it harder to orgasm later on says marriage and sex therapist, Kat Van Kirk, Ph.D. ‘’Some people may notice these issues after a few months of sitting too long’’. she explains, ‘’While it might take years for others to develop symptoms.’’

To prevent this, get up every half-hour to hour during your work day. Stretch your hip flexors, that is the muscles on the inside of your hip bones- with moves like back bends, squats and butterfly stretches.

Wearing of sporting stilettos for any amount of time has detrimental, deforming effects on your pelvis which connect with muscles and nerves that lead to your pelvic floor, genitalia and related organs. This is according to Eden Fromberg, D.O of Sotto OBGYN in New York City. ‘’When your psoas muscles are sticky and tense due to prolonged high heel, they can’t transmit the arousal message necessary for orgasm’’ Dr Fromberg explains.

In other words, if they are not in good shape, climaxing is less likely. Indulging in too much strong drinks instead of water is not good for achieving orgasm. The body needs water to climax, explains Dr Fromberg. ‘’ The arousal tissue that extends into the connective tissue system is comprised of collagen, elastin and relaxin. For the tissue to work its magic, it needs to slide and glide and it can’t do so without fluid’’ says Dr Fromberg. So drink a lot of water, especially after having cocktails since alcohol actually dries out your body.

“Medication interference, typically, blood pressure medications, birth control pills and antidepressants are the main culprits.’’ Dr Van Kirk says. Plus, ‘’antihistamines can reduce your ability to self-lubricate and make sex uncomfortable.’’ he added. So you’ll probably need lube to prevent pain and get closer to pleasure.’ Inability of your partner to figure out how to get you there: ‘’It is not you, it’s him.’’ may just be true in your case. Since all ladies’ body parts are slightly shaped differently, motions and angles that pleasure some women, just may not work for others. According to Dr Van Kirk, ‘’If he is not hitting the right spots, let him know.

Communicate what works for you and what doesn’t suggest. Sometimes, a groan or a touch of hand can make all of the difference.’’ Make noise on that specific spot that pleases you. Being vocal during sex has been proven to work wonders, says relationship expert and author of Screwing the Rules, Laurel House. If you’re quiet because you don’t want to wake the children or you are being self conscious about how you will sound, will only lower your chances of climaxing. But if you make noise, ‘’It will allow you to orgasm longer, harder and more often’’ House insists.

Embracing the full experience will help you to reap the benefits, she adds. Oxytocin that is the ‘’feel-good’’ or ‘’love’’ hormone goes hand- in- hand with orgasms. It will be difficult for you to climax if your oxytocin levels are low or if you are nervous. Thankfully, spending enough quality time with your mate, looking into his eyes, holding his hand and kissing, have all be proven to boost oxytocin.

Not urinating before love making can hinder orgasm especially if you make it a habit of holding it in, that means you are setting yourself up for unsatisfying lovemaking. ‘’Some women get into sex and don’t realize that they didn’t empty their bladders prior’’ Dr Van Kirk says. The stimulation of sex plus the urge to go to bathroom is not a good mix. As Block put it, ‘’It can be incredibly hard to reach orgasm when your bladder is full because it’s hard not to be thinking’’.

Don’t pee the entire time you’re supposed to be enjoying yourself.’’ Ladies, know that you are in charge of your body, get to know your female parts intimately, very important.

Understanding your sexual response is a necessary health and wellness skill. Do make a mastery of that skill a priority.
