Between 1999 and 2003 Atiku and Obasanjo were like two siamese cats
Atiku functioned properly in his office as Vice President
He had his own retinue of Staff that were answerable to him
Presided over the meetings of the Federal Agencies that were mandatorily under him including the BPE
But by the time Obasanjo won a 2nd term in 2003 under stringent conditions, he stripped Atiku of all paraphernalia of office
If not that the North had majority in the National Assembly, he would have sent him packing
And for that 4 years Atiku and Obasanjo became cat and mouse
But now just see!!
Muhammadu Buhari and APC have brought Atiku and Obasanjo together again
What a world????
